Pro and Team can generate a read-only link for any dashboard. Anyone with the link sees the charts and takeaways without an account.
Grounded takeaways
Every figure in a takeaway is checked against the numbers computed from your rows. Any claim that cannot be traced to the data is dropped before you see it.
Outlier detection on every numeric column
An interquartile fence runs on upload. Outliers are flagged with the row they came from, not just the value.
CSV export
Export the takeaways and the aggregated data behind every chart as a single CSV file.

Scheduled refresh from a connected source
Connect a Google Sheet or a file URL and set a refresh cadence. The dashboard updates automatically without a re-upload.
More chart types
Scatter plots for two numeric columns, area charts for cumulative totals, and stacked bars for part-of-whole breakdowns. Each one goes through the same grounding check as the rest.
Saved filters
Pin a date range or a category filter to a dashboard so a Monday morning check does not start from scratch every time.
Exploring
Direct database connection
Query a Postgres or MySQL table and build a dashboard from the result, without exporting a file first.
Google Sheets connect
Point Plotwell at a sheet and keep the dashboard in sync as the data changes.
Team comments on dashboards
Leave a note on a chart or a takeaway that a colleague sees when they open the shared link. No separate tool.
PDF export
Download a clean, printable version of the dashboard for a weekly report or a board deck.
