Slower dashboards for about 35 minutes

Our primary model provider was answering slowly between 15:05 and 15:40 UTC. Dashboards completed but took up to sixty seconds. Routing failed over to the secondary model at 15:22 and latency returned to normal. No dashboards were lost.

Excel uploads failing for one file layout

A change to the spreadsheet parser mishandled files whose first sheet had a title row above the header. Affected a small number of uploads for about two hours. The parser now finds the header row, and there is a test for it.
